Welcome to our website about cherry blossoms and cherries from our orchard in
Gipf-Oberfrick, Canton Aargau, Switzerland. This is also a place for
exchanging photos and information about cherry blossoms, cherry picking
and cherry products.

The cherry trees began to bloom from mid April 2022!
The cherry blossoms peaked in their bloom already. Send us your email and we
will send you an email when the blooms are back in 2023. Then you know
when the perfect time is to come visit the cherry blossoms in
Gipf-Oberfrick. Please do not pick the cherries from the trees. They belong to farmers who rely on the inclome.
Die Chriesibäume haben Ihre Blüte ab mitte April 2022 begonnen! Es dauerte ungefähr 14 Tage lang. Schicken

nächstes Jahr. Dann wissen SIe genau wann die Bäume am schönsten sind. Bitte pflücken sie keine Chriesi. Die gehören die Bauern.
Cherry Blossoms on 29 March 2012 (left), in Gipf-Oberfrick. The blossoms were great in 2013, although they appeared much later in Mid April 2013. We had three bad years, 2016 and 2017. We were hit by frost both years. the cherries in 2016 were all sour and in 2017 literally all of the cherries fell off the trees before they were ripe, from frost damage. 2020 Was a very small crop year for us. We are trying to improve the crop this year through fertilizing. Unfortunately, we had to remove 2 very sick but very old trees this year. We are studying and planning what we could do with this lovely hill.

The cherry trees were in full-bloom from mid April 2013!
The cherry blossoms lasted for about 14 days. Send us your email and we
will send you an email when the blooms are back in 2014. Then you know
when the perfect time is to come visit the cherry blossoms in
Gipf-Oberfrick. The Cherries are ready to pick from Mid-June (you can
try them from marked trees, but do not take more than a taste from those
